DOL releases Model COBRA Notices
The US Department of Labor has released the ARRA compliant model COBRA notices as well as additional clarifying information regarding the changes in the law.

State Continuation Information Released by Insurance Division
State continuation coverage, which affects companies with less than 20 employees, was changed by ARRA. The Oregon Insurance Division has now released information on how the State is requiring these changes to be managed.

Transit/Vanpool Benefits Increased
Economic stimulus increases monthly limit for transit/vanpool benefits under qualified transportation plan.
